Bio
Born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Brian makes a concentrated effort to challenge himself with each new role. Most known for wearing practically nothing as the lead (Darren Lemming) in the Bay Area's revival of the theatrical smash hit TAKE ME OUT, Brian has also appeared in multiple plays throughout the Bay area. Including but not limited to: GREASE, SEUSSICAL THE MUSICAL, IN GABRIEL'S KITCHEN, MACBETH, & ZANNA DON'T which was nominated for 9 Bay Area Theatre Critics Circle awards in 2008, and won in two categories; Best ensemble in a musical (which was awarded to he & the cast) & best choreography in a musical.
Brian has also appeared in various films like HAWT BULLET, REALITY TV MOVIE, STILL 'BOUT IT (with Master P, Lil Romeo, & Mike Epps), and PUSHING BOUNDARIES. He most recently got the directing bug when he produced/directed a live action adaptation of BATMAN: BATTLE FOR THE COWL. The independent short fan film has already had buzz created about it online and is scheduled for an online release very soon. After BATMAN: BATTLE FOR THE COWL, Brian began taking on more work as a producer. This fall he will produce the film-noir short film entitled GRAIN, and will also produce an untitled television pilot which he plans to pitch to networks.
This year Brian has been incredibly busy with productions including commercials for METHOD LAUNDRY DETERGENT & BROOKS RUNNING ATTIRE; print ads for HEWLETT PACKARD & OPTUM HEALTH; and stage work for SAN FRANCISCO OPERA & NEW CONSERVATORY THEATRE COMPANY.
